Tunde Oyefolu-Alukwu
Manager, SencoHi I’m Tunde! I am a dedicated and passionate professional in the childcare industry, with over 15 years of experience. As a mother of five, I have a deep, personal understanding of children’s needs and development, which enhances my ability to connect with both the children I care for and their families. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Studies, which has provided me with a strong foundation in early childhood education and care. My extensive hands-on experience, combined with my academic background, allows me to deliver high-quality, nurturing, and educational childcare.

Skye
Early Years practitionerHi, my name is Skye. I’m a Level 2 qualified practitioner and the Baby Room Leader. I’ll be starting my Level 3 qualification in the next couple of months. I work full-time at the nursery and really enjoy seeing the children thrive. In my spare time, I love spending time with friends and family.

Charleen
Safeguarding officer and AdministratorHi, my name is Charleen. I have two daughters and a blended family with five more children. I’ve worked with children for over 12 years, starting out as a dinner lady and later working at a breakfast club. I’ve now been part of Stepping Stones for nearly three years. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dog, Bungle.

Sarah
Early Years PractitionerHi, I’m Sarah. I have over 20 years of experience in childcare and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare. I’m also fully certified in Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding. As a proud mum of two boys, I understand the importance of creating a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and supported. I’m passionate about helping little ones grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence through play-based learning and positive relationships.

Room Leader, Early Years PractitionerHi I’m Kara, I joined Stepping Stones at the end of 2023. I am level 3 qualified I started working in childcare when I was 17(a long time ago now lol).
I have always enjoyed working with children. And knowing I can provide a smile each day and help them to grow and learn is a big achievement.
I live with my 6 year old son and Husband to be. In our spare time we are always on family days out and we love camping, exploring country parks and baking.

Deputy, Early Years Practitioner, SencoHi I’m Tammy! I’ve been in childcare for 28 years and have dedicated over 20 of those years to working at Stepping Stones. I am a Level 3 childcare provider, first aid trained, and have extensive experience in SENCo, safeguarding, behavior management, and working with families. My long tenure and diverse skill set allow me to provide a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for the children in my care.

I have a real passion for working with children and love bringing my background as a dance teacher and fitness instructor into my role. Outside of work, I enjoy teaching Lithuanian and leading fun dance fitness classes.
