Manager, SencoHi I’m Tunde! I am a dedicated and passionate professional in the childcare industry, with over 15 years of experience. As a mother of five, I have a deep, personal understanding of children’s needs and development, which enhances my ability to connect with both the children I care for and their families. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Studies, which has provided me with a strong foundation in early childhood education and care. My extensive hands-on experience, combined with my academic background, allows me to deliver high-quality, nurturing, and educational childcare.
Skye Hogben
Apprentice, Early Years practitionerHi my name is Skye and I am an apprentice working towards my level 2 qualification. I work at the nursery Monday to Friday, in my spare time I enjoy meeting up with my friends.
Charleen Hogben
Safeguarding officer, Early Years practitionerHi my name is Charleen, I have 2 Daughters aged 17 and 19. I also have a blended family of 5 more children ages between 11 and 23. I’ve worked with children for more than 12 years I started off being a dinner lady then at breakfast club. I’ve now worked at Stepping stones for nearly 3 years. In my spare time I like spending time with my family and our dog Bungle.
Almay Bakarr
Apprentice, Early Years PractitionerHi my name is Almay I’m 19 and currently studying my level 2 early years practitioner training at Stepping Stones. I’ve always had a passion for working with children and this apprenticeship allows me to fulfil this. I enjoy spending time with my family and running a nail business on the side in my free time.

Early Years PractitionerHi I’m Kara, I joined Stepping Stones at the end of 2023. I am level 3 qualified I started working in childcare when I was 17(a long time ago now lol).
I have always enjoyed working with children. And knowing I can provide a smile each day and help them to grow and learn is a big achievement.
I live with my 6 year old son and Husband to be. In our spare time we are always on family days out and we love camping, exploring country parks and baking.

I have been level 3 qualified for 12+ years, and I’m also paediatric first aid trained. I work at the nursery 3 days a week, and in my spare time, I am an Avon Rep in the local area.

I am a Level 3 childcare provider, first aid trained, and have extensive experience in SENCo, safeguarding, behavior management, and working with families. My long tenure and diverse skill set allow me to provide a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for the children in my care.
